This model of Folding Block-System camera square allows the use of the lenses with long focal distance which consist the cases, and of the telelenses in the case of the small enlargements.
The construction of view camera is the same one as that of the preceding model, the back is square and is provided with a reversible mobile frame making it possible to change the position of the ground-glass quickly in order to operate in height or width, without being bound for that to unscrew the camera of on the foot.
The square arrangement of this view camera also makes it possible to increase the length of the carriage, which lengthens the extension which can easily achieve 45 centimeters for the format 13 x 18.
It is thanks to this extension that one can employ all the combinations of a case of targets, which, as each one knows, always contains some lenses of focal long distances.
The bellows are with square corners, sign of a former manufacture, former to 1900.
Shutter Decaux, Zeiss Lens Protar 12.5/350 mm E. Krauss Paris n° 334xx (that 1902 according to P-H Pont).
